Very very very good membership program! Most items have a 60 day return policy if doesn’t fit you bring it back and they will immediately assist you in returning the items or exchange it them out for other items! Very good customer service super fast and very friendly!! And other perks are 12 18 and 24 month financing on almost all products as a plus member! Overall I love being a best by plus member!!

The 60 day return window is great. You can purchase something and use it for a it to make sure it suits your needs and provides the value you were seeking. I’m not afraid to make a choice since I can return after a good sample size. The customer service is great and I’m always thanked for being a member.

Only have had 1 bad shopping experience since getting membership hopefully it doesn't happen again. Made an order something that showed in stock showed 3 day arrival but took over 3 weeks and it was placed well before black friday!

I shop at Best Buy quite a bit. This membership was worth it to me. I have saved some money but over all the 60 day return policy is amazing. In case anything goes on sale they’ll price match. The my Best Buy perks and exclusive sales and access events make it worth it too. The faster shipping is nice too! I would pay for this again next year just for the return policy alone. But with the additional perks it makes the $50 per year worth it.

Got this membership to be able to get Pokemon cards without having to wait hours in a line until opening. I was told I would get notifications when there was a restock, and would be able to order for pick up. I’ve had this membership for like a month and still have yet to be notified and am still waiting in line.

The team member that helped me with my laptop purchase was very knowledgeable and helpful.
