This membership is amazing. My apple pencil stopped working just after i bought it. I took it to the Geek Squad and they helped me out. They were kind and supportive. I got a new pencil and use it every day! Thank you guys!

Your in-store available items are laughable. Items are frequently unavailable for pickup and unavailable for delivery. Why advertise sales items that you either stock limitedly or not at all: can you say bait and switch? It is certainly what comes to my mind. Lure customers in with an offer through email notification only not to have that in stock but let's recommend a similar item.

My membership saved me so much money when I moved into my new home. I had to purchase a refrigerator and washer dryer. Not only did I get an extra discount, but I also go a gift card for a future purchase.

Love the fact that with my membership, I created piece of mind knowing if something breaks the geek squad can try to fix it. Also, I get the best deals available for what I need in electronics or what Best Buy has to offer.

I like peace of mine when I am spending a substantial amount of money on devices fortunately, I’ve never had to personally use the warranty because my devices are always in perfect condition. However, I do know people who have and they have called Best Buy and it has been handled seamlessly.

Love how easy assessable everything is. Protection plans, receipt history, and deals.

So far all deliveries were on time, setups were well. Great plan to have. Going to have them come out and balance the LG stove. Plan covers all my purchases.

My Best Buy Plus membership has served me well! Members-only prices make me come back to Best Buy over and over. Membership also means that you get unlimited Geek Squad support. As an added benefit, protection plans are available on purchases at Best Buy under this membership. Great value!

Not exactly sure what the benefits are quite yet. I got this because it made the package of things I bought cheaper.
