I got a great price on my GE Profile appliances in January, and they were stored for delivery when my remodel called for them - another February President’s sale lowered the price even more. Just as I was told, the extended return period allowed by membership allowed me to receive a price adjustment. Fantastic! This adjustment alone covered the cost of my membership plus more. Employee Zay told me about the membership and that since it’s October and I was about to spend over 500 dollars I would get 50 dollar after spending over 500 dollars. I never receive the 50 dollars in store credit. Someone help me please.

the discounts are good but customer service lacks intelligence. i needed help with attempting to print something they sent me in the app - i can't print from my phone - i asked them to email it to me so that i can open on a computer or put in the us mail and they said that they couldn't

The membership can save you money but it's easy to forget to use it when you need it. It would be great if the store automatically checked to see if you are a member so you don't miss out!
