Contacted LG parts and the agent was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of requesting addtional refrigerator & freezer parts. Believe my plus membership enabled this process.

We haven't had our membership long, but have already received a Best Buy coupon via email. We received a substantial gift card with our initial purchase, and were also able to upgrade our warranty plan from 3 years to 5 years for a nominal amount. Best Buy has our best interests at heart.

I purchased the plan just a week ago and i have already gotten a $25 gift card with a purchase of a laptop. Along with the geeksquad membership you have it all. You can specifically search for deals just for members only at prices non members wouldnt get. Early access to special release products before everyone else can. I just over a week with membership pricings the membership has paid for itself. I cant wait to see what i can save at Christmas!!!

The card is a visa credit card. I don't know how many characters I have written while trying to get to 50 to appease Best Buy.

I can't complain, considering I shop BestBuy quite a bit. The discounts have already totaled more than the cost of the service. The Geek Squad support doesn't hurt. I've not actually had to take advantage of it, but it's nice to have.
