This membership is just to put you on paying $50 a year you will only be good if you buy phone every year or change TV every year it might be good for me it's a loss of $50 year for free

I tried to be cheap and not buy this and ended up buying it a week later when I made a return. This is an absolute must when buying anything open box. It’s a must when spending more than $500. Prices change…A LOT and this gives you the ability to exchange things for free as often as you want I returned 3 tvs and a sound system until I got what I was looking for. Really happy now

The membership has been pretty good. Longer return window and free delivery/ install on our dryer has been worth the price. Hope to get some good deals out of it soon.

It took a while to get a salesperson to assist but when they did he was very helpful and cordial.

I was able to test out a laptop before fully committing to it with the breathing room of the 90 day return window extension

I have not taken advantage of this membership to any great degree. Just having it is reassuring though. That is the only reason I did not give the higest rating. I am very satisfied with all my interactions with Best Buy.

The My Best Buy Plus membership is a real plus as it provides discounts which easily exceed the fee and it is super convenient.

Being a senior citizen and not tech savvy; I wanted to have some backup! The plan seemed reasonable and allowed me the comfort of knowing someone was there to help me.

This membership is a good value for everyone even if you are buyer that sometimes purchase an item, it works for you too, since you can have the value or more of the membership itself in one purchase.

So I bought the My Best Buy Plus plan while I was shopping for a new laptop. It's kind of difficult to decide which machine is going to be the best during either the first 10 minutes playing with it in the store, or even during the 2 week return period. With the Plus membership, you get a ridiculous 2 month return period, even on electronics.

Wow, this membership has already paid for itself. We have used the benefits already.

Plus membership is appreciated every time. Recommend it to all Best Buy card users.
