Awesome! All my questions were answered before I could ask. They showed me different types of laptops and helped me pick the right one for my use.

I bought both an iPad Pro and the Plus program on 5/15/2026. The same iPad Pro was on sale memorial week of 2026, $50 lower than I paid for it less than 30 days earlier. The plus program entitled me to get the $50 lower price; but I was denied the Plus program benefit when I went to a Best Buy store to claim it. I spent too much time at the store for it; it was not worth my time so I gave up my effort to claim it.

If you buy here a few times a year the program would be good for most people. It depends on what you purchase, but, it worked well for me.

It is nice to know you can get help when you need it. Right now I am being hacked. Can you help me wit that?

Some of the deals are really good. If you’re making a large purchase sometimes it’ll basically pay for itself. Longer return window is nice too.

The usb c display ports on my lenovo laptop had failed. I had read a post online that the problem could be resolved by unplugging the battery and depressing the power button for 45 sec. The geek squad girl at best buy, disconnected the battery and held the button and to both of our surprise, it worked. Thanks Geek Squad Webster Texas...

Still not 100% sure on this yet. Have only had for a month. But, with the discount I got on my purchase, it immediately saved me money. Hope it works out as a positive purchase

I may not use the benefits of my membership all the time, but always knowing that I have the services that I need when i need them is anyways a privilege to be grateful for.
