Honestly other than my initial purchase I have not needed to use the membership. It was very helpful in either deferring interest for 2 years on my big purchase or getting a discount on that purchase.

I love the feature that lets you know what will be dropping in the days ahead, so you don't have to worry about missing that special item you have been waiting to go on sale! I don't know why more people don't take advantage of Best Buy Plus Membership...they are missing out!

Purchased just in case the tablet goes on the fritz. So far, no issues. If issues would arise, I've got no question that the Best Buy team will rectify the situation.

Sound and quality are very good although they coupd be louder. Ear bud are kind of like a sponge so they mold really well and dont fall out. Just wish they were louder like i mentioned

I joined this membership as I was told members usually can get first dip on Pokemon products. I have never seen this local store stocked with inventory and I figured out for $30, let's try. Still I could not get product with this membership. Pretty useless then for my objective. I could not even get 1 booster pack on release date and the app is extremely slow.

This membership is really valuable to have invest in it you get rewards.

It was helpful for my recent purchase at our local Best Buy store.

Was able to basically get this membership for free after making a purchase. Have continued to use this membership for future purchases has allowed me to meet budgeting goals when adding new products.

I don’t like it. Streaky and too much trouble to clean it and let dry. Hand mopping easier. Doesn’t get sticky stuff off floor. Have to bend down and use scrubby pad.
