Membership isn't always a good thing but here at best buy they make it worth having. And they value their customers options and overall satisfaction, I will recommend their membership and products above any other store.

So far it's only been a few weeks, so I'm not certain that it's worth it. I think I saved something with my purchase and I could have saved some more if prices had dropped the following week on black Friday.

Got this to help with getting the Switch 2. I think it helped, as the online checkout experience worked for me on the first try once things went live. So recommend the service for sure.

This membership has really been a great thing for my family this past year! We received many saving when we purchased gifts for ourselves and some family members! It is a great saving especially if there are things that you plan on buying .its like having the best coupon!

While a member of MY BEST BUY PLUS I purchased a new washer and dryer. 45 days after the purchase the dryer it quit working. Standard response by Best Buy was to refer me to Geek Squad for repair, but due to my membership Which allows for a no questions asked return or replacement I am receiving a new dryer! Good job Best Buy....
