We were having problems on the app and the sales person helped us the only that he was a sales person for I want to say cell phones and he helped the Best Buy sales person by helping us. Dislike that what was once free is not a subscription. Like that they reduced the price. Dislike that they reduced the number of items that receive discounts. Only worth it for the certificates.

60 day return window is just absurd for being able to return ANYTHING. Especially with tech products which universally have almost non existent return windows.
