I'm still waiting for my refund for the membership I was charged for that I did not ask for. The reason I didn't get it was the improper spelling of my name. Along with another bestbuy account that was created I was not aware of made by an associate that cost me $30.00 in addition to be lied to about the membership just to close a sale.
