Not worth it. Here's a clue for Best Buy: instead of selling warranties and 'memberships', try actually standing behind your products. Sell only quality equipment, then back them up on your dime. Make sure vendors understand they will be dropped if their product quality drops.

Prices there are fair and have everything you would want. The geek squad are the best too.

This membership allow me to get the member pricing, which was excellent. It also allow me to get free two day shipping and extend my 60 day. Return exchange policy. Also it allowed me to do guaranteed price match within the 60 day window. That’s excellent.

Has a lot of good perks. If you shop a decent amount it makes it worth it.

The price of the membership was paid for in the discount I received on the laptop I bought. Definitely worth it when buying higher, more technical items. And now I can look forward to discounts on some necessary accessories.

my Best Buy plus membership is great because I get to have discounts on products. I was surprised at how much money it took off of my MacBook purchase.

The products are excellent and the offers are incredible. The staff is excellent and they are very helpful in clarifying doubts. I highly recommend it.

The Best Buy Membership is worth buying and I already got discounts

I think this is one of the few retail programs that actually provides good and tangible value. It was also very well-explained by the sales associate, who was informational and clear, not pushy. With a good explanation, the program sort of sold itself.

I made a large purchase including a brand new LG refrigerator. In short the refrigerator is catastrophically defective and does not work. My two options are fixing it where I was told the Best Buy can only come out to do a diagnostic and would have to come back at a later date to resolve the issue. Meanwhile I have no working refrigerator for my family. The second option is replacing the refrigerator however Best Buy could not deliver the item inside my house so I had to have contractors figure it out. So Best Buy is not equipped to havie the old one removed and a new one installed without me paying for contractors to assist. I also ended up calling LG the manufacturer myself to see an appointment. Terrible experience!

It’s so frustrating to buy an item and find out it’s on sale a week or so later. I got the membership so I don’t miss out on saving money on expensive items.

I bought it for all the benefits it offers I hope I can enjoy them ;)

I honestly have not used it as much as I could have or should have. I'm sure it's a great benefit if you take advantage of it!
