I have been a BBY customer for a while but skipped the Plus Membership. A couple of items I had my eye on where Plus Member discounted and the price savings on just a couple of items paid for the Plus Membership. The extended return policy also helps with evaluating my purchases over an extended time.

Good savings on one project but needs to apply to all. Purchasas, especially the if the additional work was not diagnosed in the beginning on the same installation.

I bought this plan for the included member discounts, and on my first purchase i saved over 150, while spending just 49 for the membership. That alone makes this worth it, not counting the other benefits.

Delivery was smooth and efficient. The delivery people were friendly and made the work look easy. They did what needed to be done in affective manner. Thank you!

I have never done a membership like this, but they had a promo..kind of sneaky but still a promo. We had issues with our laptop purchase and they immediately swapped it out for us. Excellent customer service

Just a little background i'm a foster parent of 4 my cousin passed away with 10 kids so I took a few long store short money was super funny but I really needed a washer & myesha was awesome super helpful extremely patient excellent customer service just amazing thank you so much since then ive been back for a upright deep freeze

BestBuy has good customer service for it's members. I love the longer return window and the peace of mind that I can thoroughly check my product and still be able to return it. The membership exclusive prices are also something that make it worth it. If you buy from BestBuy a lot definitely worth considering.

Very supportive staff who has clear knowledge on the products they sell.The membership is extremely useful on exclusive deals. There are reviews about Best Buy not being supportive, being a customer for over 10 years since I moved to the US, I have never had any issues and best customer service every single time.

I I bought a membership at the same time I ordered an open box LG washing machine for my daughter. It was installed on a Thursday, but when it was first used, it sprayed water all over. A Best Buy tech came out on Saturday and said that it was not repairable. After lengthy negotiations by telephone from Europe with several Best Buy representatives about whether a "used" machine of the type I bought could be replaced on warrenty, I agreed to pay an additional $85 to have it replaced. I was not wholly satisfied with this outcome.

I bought this for the two month return policy for my appliances. Otherwise, the return policy was two weeks.
