The experience with the membership has been great. I paid less for my items, especially when the store has sale prices and additional one for the members.

The agent that placed my order was great. Believe his name was Matt. There was damage to refridge when delivered. Everyone was great dealing with this on phone and t he 2 boys that delivered and redelivered w a replacement. Happy with service and product

As long as you think you may make a big purchase any time soon, it's worth it to get this membership where you get the 60 days of returns and price matching and also various deals.

My wife and I enjoyed excellent customer service, the salesperson at Tinley Park was knowledgeable, patient and friendly, I ended up spending over $2000 for an LG TV with Geek installation. I purchased it on a Friday at 4 pm and on Saturday by 10 am the following day, it was fully mounted and installed. Very smooth work by the Geek squad.

Membership is okay but very very disappointed when buy 2 times open box excellent inspection buy technician.. when I received like a trash... Bestbuy don't care customer..

While there were definitely a few nice perks to having a membership. Overall I did not think it was enough to renew

What an amazing value. Ordered an appliance and a few days later the price was reduced and they were able to do a price match. Having priority access to sales is extremely helpful. Also special pricing also helps me to save money. I would consider the Total Membership which includes 2 years coverage of purchases but i always purchase the 3 or 5 year Geek Squad Protection.

I am happy to have best buy membership for getting more offers.

Very good for the price point but the fact is the market has a very low chance to go up

I hesitate to jump into subscriptions that I won't take full advantage of that justifies the cost, but Best Buy has been my #1 stop since forever. I really enjoy the perks of My Best Buy Plus with exclusive deals and discounts that more than pay for the membership fee. It's good to be in good hands.

This membership only allows "savings" to be used for purchases. On a recent purchase I received .045% in potential credit for new purchases. I think the credit is only good for 3-4 months. Hardly worth the effort.

I purchased a new tv and am so happy I went to Best Buy to get it!! The salesman was very knowledgeable about the new advances in tv technology and helped me get exactly what I needed!!! Keep up the good work!!
