The person that sold me, my entertainment system was fantastic. He knew about Sony products and was extremely friendly and had all the information I needed to buy the products with confidence.

We liked our purchasing experience but not impressed with the trying to schedule an installation. We couldn’t talk directly to the store and the price was too expensive!

If you take advantage of the promos they offer then it you pretty much get the Plus for free and even if you didn’t, it pays for itself over and over again! Consider what this membership offers before buying.

Loved how my sales person sold me into this iPad purchase. He also introduced me to my membership plus, although I use to shop all the time at Best Buy and love the great selection of things, and that unless I win $400 I wouldn’t really utilize the membership that much I still considered purchasing it due to the perks.

The Best Buy is the best the service any body you deal with they are friendly the most to store I use Dearborn and westland am happy with my 85” Samsung my ps5 my all electronic

The guy who worked with me on the phone had some true patience because their system kept crashing that particular day. But he kept his cool as did I, I wish I would’ve written his name down but y’all can find out who he is and give that man a raise!

Best membership I've been a part of. Great exclusive selections, pretty cheap and the best thing is the 60 days return window.

When i tried using my membership for my broken phone they told me it only replace apple phones so i cancelled my $300 a year membership then afterwards was told i could have gotten a replacement phone in the mail but it was too late since i already cancelled my membership.

I love this because within a few weeks I earned my money back already and it’s very simple to get the price difference credit back to you, I just call and tell them get merchandise I purchased and they credit the money back right away

This membership is a value because it keeps tract of my purchase and I had no trouble exchanging my item.

I really liked having the freedom not to have to worry about all my electronics. I found it to be of Great value as we had to return something and they didn't have another so I got one of similar value and enjoyed it so much I purchased another.
