They were able to reclaim lost hard drive space and resolve issues with optical drives that had been acting wonky. This was not an easy task, and they worked very hard to get me back in service. Their dedication to making sure everything was right is very much appreciated.

I WAS INFORMED I COULD LOG INTO APP AND REMOVE CREDIT CARD FOR AUTO RENEWAL. I TRIED WHILE IN STORE AND IT WAS NOT TRUE, WE CALLED AND WAS INFORMED THAT CANNOT BE DONE. I WAS NOT MAD BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME WITH MY PURCHASE WAS AWESOME UNLIKE ANOTHER MANAGER WHO WAS COLD AND UNHELPFUL.

It also allowed me to get $28 off an item I was going to buy anyway. So long as I sell the TV for at least $22, the membership will be well worth it. I'm also writing this review so I can maybe get a $400 gift card.
