Just need more items on sale I wish Best Buy sold unlocked iPhones with the ability to go any carrier with your phone

I purchased an iPad at Christmas with some points I had earned from purchasing a refrigerator, clothes dryer, and a HP 2 in 1 workstation. When the price of the iPad dropped by $100 I went into the store for the price match. They couldn’t get me all of the points back from the price match and said I would have to call customer service, which I did. Customer service said I would get my points added back and receive an email informing if that fact. That was probably 8 weeks ago and nothing has come back to me.

So far my experience has far exceeded my expectations. The assistance from the geek squad has been AMAZING and managing my purchases have been so easy. Wow. Well done, Best Buy! I never thought I would be one of those people who would say, "Get the Membership!" But if you're investing in electronics, you absolutely should.

Pretty decent discounts on different items, I just got a laptop and made use of my membership.

The membership is real value. In addition to the protection plans, I also have 90days to return items with no questions asked. Best Buy offers the best of all buys.

This membership is a great value for all thats included. The 2 things that personally stand out for me would be the extended return period so you really get to use new items and really know if you like them or not. The second is definitely the deals that are exclusive to this. Can easily get a deal on a single item thats worth far more than the membership itself!

Ok, I'd might give this a 5 star rating if it ONLY applied to our experience in the store. They have been great, however, the BestBuy Rewards call center has been awful! They have continuously given me misinformation !! Which ended up costing us a $100 loss and way too many hours of my time on the phone!! Because of this I'll have a hard time recommending to family and friends.

When returning an item I had an amazing customer experience with the staff who assisted me and I just had to have the membership!

If you are like me and still shop at stores, the membership allows for discounts, and much more. I like best buy and shoo there for my electronics needs. So having the ease of exchange or returns, online purchase and deals is great.

So far all good I havent had to use my protection plan . But I do recommend this to have for protection especially if you send on itens the cost over $500 .00 . You dont want to send another $500 if you dont have too if u have this protection plan.
