Love the discount the yearly membership offers. It really do help save money

Membership saved us a lot of money last year. The geek squad was there to answer questions and give us peace of mind. Best store for electronics.

This membership is not worth it. Trust me. I bought this mainly for the 2 day shipping. 8 out of 10 times you will NOT get 2 day shipping. They wait days to send iut your order and they will send it ground almost every single time. Most orders wont get to you for 7-10 days. Ive contacted them 3 times about this and everytime they acknowledge the slow shipping, and then promise they added whatever into their end of the system so it “never happens again”. Lies and more lies. Also, the “member exclusive prices and sales”? Yea, they are a joke. You will find any of the relevant items that are on sale, cheaper at virtually all retailers. There is no perk for members for these sales. They make it look flashy and show a gigantic “before” price, and then the “member price”, which will be the same or higher than that item is sold for everyplace else. If you are looking to throw money at something useless, go buy a pair of shoes 3 sizes too small for yourself. Dont waste your hard earned money on yet another membership. ESPECIALLY this one. Its a waste. Complete waste.

It's not a bad value. Just would like to know all the perks that come with this membership. Logging into the website hepls with finding the items on sale that week.

This membership is not useful for those who are tech savvy. I really wanted to like it but I wasn’t able to really get a good use out of it. The sales are decent every once in awhile but it was rare that I saved on anything I really wanted. I didn’t need any tech help. For the cost of the membership it just wasn’t worth it for me. I wish there was a cheaper option that excluded all the tech help but still let you get sales and early acces.

This membership has been really good. Having the protection plans and GeekSquad for support when I hit snags is great. Prices being better too.

The membership is good. It provides members with additional discounts not otherwise available, free shipping on online orders and allows for extended return windows.

Well-worth the price if you buy electronics and such even just a few times a year. I am pleased with the overall value of the membership program.

The membership paid for itself as soon as I used it. I was also able to return an item beyond its non-membership return period, which the very helpful sales team applied retroactively. Very happy with this purchase. I'm sure I'll renew. I appreciate having an actual store I can go to, people to work with and to help me. Definitely worth it.

I purchased the 'middle' membership, and it gave me the time to upgrade the TV I purchased. A week later it went on sale and I was able to 'redeem' and 'repurchase' for the sale price. Great staff!

I am not sure what the benefits of this membership is. May have missed some document explaining it. All I know is we are being inundated by Best Buy emails.

I recommend the Best Buy Plus membership. I had to buy a laptop unexpectedly. Within a couple of weeks, the laptop dropped in price and I was able to get the difference credited to my card. Very pleasant experience.

Idk its pretty good. If you go to best buy a lot, theres a lot of good perks when it comes to customer service benefits

I love My Best Buy. I've never had any problems with any of the Best Buy products or services that I have purchased. And the Best Buy team members are the best too.
