I have been a Best Buy customer for years! I always buy my electronics here. All of the programs they off are great. The geek squad is fabulous!

Great chair and great price. I wanted to put in master bedroom but wouldn’t fit. Please measure and remeasure as chair comes practically fully assembled. It will not go in bedrooms unless you have extra wide or double door entry. I’m just glad I have double door entry to house. I haven’t fully reas manual yet but I wish massage would stay on more than 20 Mins at a time

This is very important to people who really wants to have the premium feels and benefit from bestbuy. I really recommend this, especially buying alottttttttt of products! 60 days return! Even if you open/use it, that is premium service!

I love the perks for sure; already worth it. I was told I would get a $50 credit for joining at the time I did, but staff seems to struggle in knowing how it works or the timing.

I only canceled my Plus because I wanted to upgrade to the Total membership, which is where I think the real value is added here. You get protection on those high dollar items for free, 24/7 tech support, and amazing deals offered all the time. Can’t beat it! Pays for itself!

This membership is has a great value and has really helped my wife, Diane and me throughout the years!

It's somewhat better now than having to buy thousands of dollars of stuff and now can just get the membership for a extended 60 days on returns makes this worth it

Love using the membership for so many reasons. Mainly for the extended return policy. And for being able to bring in my receipts when my items go on sale and get money back.

For our household, the My Best Buy Plus membership is an excellent investment. We have saved the annual fee several times over due to membership discounts on our purchases. We will continue this membership as long as it makes financial sense.

The membership was required to get $50 off the price of TV that I could have gotten 2 weeks later at same price without membership, I can see where it would come in handy for returns later than 2 weeks though!!

My friend took me to the store on 240 and she said the staffs knowledge was on point. We went in with a list and they crossed every item off. Hit the associate with 3 senior ladies and we all left with what we needed and felt taken care of.
