I like having this membership because there are many opportunities to get your money’s worth and then some after a purchase or two. I would like to see exclusive coupons (such as 25% off one item) with a dollar limit, that may or may not be combined with member pricing. This way, I can feel like I’m getting member pricing on something that isn’t marked down. I would also like to see discounts on installation services. These are just ideas. I do enjoy the reward certificates and free delivery.

I like that it has lots of room and that you can easily see what’s in it. I also like putting water and soda in the wide drawer, they stay very cold.

unfortunately, I couldn't keep anymore my membership because of financial reasons not related to Best Buy... in this mean time I was able to purchase excellents items and staff were really cooperative and expert. I hope in the future regain the membership status and also hope to find better options and a cheaper membership

The memberships is offer great value in rewards and has special perks. One of the amazing perks I’ve learned about the return period being extended from 15 days to 60. Having the extra time help me determined if the products worked for me. Being able to return products and having my account pulled with just my phone number help me stay at eased. This membership has paid for itself with just a few purchases. The "Plus" price is often not really much better than the sale price for the same item/s from other retailers, but every once in a while, a truly spectacular deal comes through. We purchased a new Samsung Induction Range for our kitchen, which is an appliance that tends to be rather expensive. The price on Best Buy Plus was less than 1/3 the full retail price and over $1500 less than the next closest sale price we could find from any other retailer. We don't know why the price was so insanely low. One might think it's a bad product that should be avoided when priced like that, but it has hundreds of excellent reviews (4.5 stars average) from many different users across multiple retailers and we have had a first class experience with it. We couldn't pass up such a "screaming" deal on something we've had our eye on for some time. We also bought a pair of Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers on a screaming deal. The sale price on the controllers was low enough to offset the cost of the membership while still be a little lower than the cost for the same items anywhere else. That made the Plus membership a pretty easy sell for us.
