This membership is of real value, particularly when it comes to returns. I needed to return an item well past the "normal" return date. Because I had the membership, the return deadline was extended and was reimbursed for a very expensive item very easily. Well Done, Best Buy!

This is a fabulous computer! I had been using a 7 year old 4K high end HP, and while it was still working after 7 year you know there are architecture improvements. The difference is surprising. I was concerned about going to 3K, but I can't see the difference. It is also my first experience with Windows 11, I like that too. Very Happy...

Easy program to sign up for, it’s cheap compared to others. The extended return policy is nice. I randomly get gift cards which is cool.

I always go to best buy for anything I need for the amazing discounts and ease of access. Much more reliable than the headache of online returns.

Since having this membership it has already paid itself back. We would recommend that if you plan on getting multiple things for a move in (appliances, new tvs etc) that you consider going for the plan. It is worth it
