This membership helps me to smart and informed decision. It allows me to buy confidently and makes me feel exclusive. My children have no issue with asking to look for newer electronics and I look here first because the benefits are so rewarding. The rewards get me everytime.

I cant beleive the savings I have had over the last few months since upgrading for the best buy membership. I also earn rewards!

Overall we are satisfied. One issue is that the refrigerator delivered was damaged and had to return and then had to setup delivery all over again.

The membership is in great value members prices plus deals every week. To top it off every holiday I’m saving at least $200 that I’m putting two bills in this economy. I could get on my knees and thank Best Buy.

The membership is a great deal. Honestly, it would get it again I’m just not the type of person who buys a lot of electronics so it’s not ideal for me. Overall, I would say if you buy a lot of electronics or a lot of stuff from Best Buy get it it’s worth the pay and you’ll get a lot of benefits from it

With the membership you get great deals not only that you get reimbursed if the product drops it price they will pay the difference.

Pretty nice stuff, kind of bummer that I can't return an item I bought with the membership via USPS though, the mouse hurts my hand, and getting to a BB near me isn't really an option usually

To begin with the membership is a real bargain compared to the fees charged by other computer-repair shops in the area. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and the level of professionalism of the whole Geek Squad from the initial drop off to the final pick-up of my transferred files from my desktop that's resting in peace. Great job!

This membership added great value to my Best Buy Experience. I was able to book my appointment to get my laptop serviced and the Excellent Geek Squad was able to get my problem taken care of with so much ease and peace of mind .

It did the job for me. I do not buy a lot of electronics. I work at Microcenter That covers a lot but I still window shop at Best Buy
