I opened a membership when I bought some speakers so I could get a rebate if they ever went on sale. Sure enough, a month later they did go on sale so I called and my rebate posted to my card within a day. Very pleased.

Ive been shopping at Best Buy since I was a kid. Now that I am all grown up and have money to spend this is the best option for me for all my electronic appliances and more. I purchased Bestbuy Plus. I found the price worth it because the savings have succeeded the purchase price. My first purchase was a Samsung refrigerator and with my membership I saved over $100 plus delivery. I have had many apple products fixed or I was given brand new (refurbished) ones to replace it. Overall, it was worth it for my family. My kids were able to use the online chat with geek squad, many times, to get help with their laptops ! Even our pets enjoy Bestbuy!

The benefits of the plan are definitely worth it. I am so glad I had this plan when I broke my laptop. If I wouldn't have had the 60 day return policy, I would have been out of luck. Wow. I went to a couple other stores nearer to my house, looking for for a new refrigerator. Nobody wanted to help! What is that anyway my brain said go to Best Buy. I did. As soon as I walked in the door, the greeter was there of course and she said do you need any help? I said yes actually I do. She promptly found a nice person to help me and he did a wonderful job. His name is Tim and I think he deserves a raise not only was he patient, thorough, with a great attitude, but he was efficient as well. This is a good mix and resulted in sale and happy customer so far. Now delivery day hopefully that goes as well. I expect it too. I love Best Buy. There should be a song.,”Ooooh Best Buy we loooove you.”
