Hi I needed a new laptop for my mom, and was able to go with a really good deal on the purchase with a larger screen and faster processor to boot! Perfect pre christmas gift and quick check out.

So far everything is good. The computer is working great, still have to learn the set up as it is different than windows 7. Geek Squad person was great and very helpful.

I purchased 2 power outlet converters for a trip to Europe. When I arrived in Europe neither of them worked. By the time we returned home the 14 return period had expired , however, since I have the My Best Buy Membership it automatically extended the return period to 60 days so there was no issue with returning the defective products.

I think my BB Plus Membership helps me because of the access to great deals and discounts on certain products I don't expect. I'm glad I don't have to do anything complicated to enable my membership, whether I am online or in the store. The emails featuring various products and specials are also welcome.

Once I signed up for this membership, I got instant savings for my laptop. I also love all the membership benefits it highlights. Looking forward to more great valie.

60 day return window is worth price alone. Seriously I cannot stress the benefit of this if you use it to your advantage. I value all the other “benefits” at $0 though
