I’m brand new to this but so far I can see the value in this.

Good program and I was able to save on an item that I needed to purchase. I just wish there were more items relevant to my purchase needs on discount.

We bought a 85" Samsung Frame TV and the service was outstanding. The two installers sent out with the TV were the best. They went over and above to install our TV and really knew what they were doing. They were oustanding!

There was nothing wrong with the previous membership. A two tiered membership makes some of us feel second-rate. Geek squad is outstanding and the primary reason for membership.

Very Useful for electronics and the membership so far has provided great offers. However, areas of improvement would be better notification on things being on membership offers.

So easy and awesome to be a member and to use it to pick up at the store and use to earn points. If you’re shopping at Best Buy, be a member it’s a no brainer!

I visited colma store for repair service. I was so impress you have an excellent service representatives. He took care of my lap top problem almost instantly and also showed to me how to correct this problem in the future by myself. What a proffessional staff you have. I am glad I joined membership. BEST BUY SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF EXCELLENT STAFF.
