I went to Bridgewater location New Jersey to buy a Mac and you have a lot of teenage hustlers that told me that I can convert my rewards into Amazon card. By the time I go to East Hanover store none of that is true so you guys make stuff up just getting people to buy something and now I have over $110. I don’t know how to use it & can only convert to Best Buy credits! We had to call BB customer service so many times & your store manager literally told me he isn’t gonna do anything at Bridgewater nj

I regularly buy legos and pokemon cards, so with the discount it's a no brainer to only buy from Best Buy! The thing that made me get this membership was the buy 2 get 1 free switch games. I bought Pikmin 4 and two pre order copys of Pikmin 1+2. This deal alone basically paid for the membership!
