I was offered the membership by the sales team as there are some benefits you get with the membership. But I feel the promotions offered by the retailers outweigh the benefits you will get out of the membership. And you have to pay yearly fee

The membership more than paid for itself — I was able to take advantage of the price match benefit when the price of my computer dropped $400 just two weeks after my purchase. Best Buy honored the lower price without any hassle, which saved me a significant amount of money. On top of that, I earned enough reward points through the purchase to receive certificates that fully covered the cost of the membership itself. It felt like a win-win all around — great customer service, real savings, and valuable rewards.

The Dyson vacuum is the best, couldn't recommend more.

I was skeptical of this but it’s super convenient and works great for exchanging, upgrading, and returns. So far what they say it does it does. Kinda nice in today’s company AI skewed world.

The free 2-day shipping alone saves me so much time, and I love getting access to exclusive deals before they go public. The extended return window is also a nice bonus — it takes the stress out of big purchases.

I was surprised to see how many deals there are through this program. I didn’t realize how nice the extended return policy is too. I think its very good especially if you buy open box items.

I don’t like the fact you have to purchase a membership just to return items past 14 days but it does come in handy past the 14days for all items for a whole year

I got a Sony tv and love the quality, best buy is a great place to buy a big screen tv, just to be able to recycle a tv or have it installed by them is hands down nobody else is better!. The sales people are very knowledgeable, my bravia 8#2 is so much of an upgrade to my old mini led tv.

Excited to enroll in the yearly membership and of the benefits that come with it!

I am hoping this will get to the right people. My husband and I were just in your Holland Ohio store and made a purchase of a refrigerator that was not in stock. Jose was such an amazing young man, he along with many others worked together to find us the perfect fridge that we could pick up the next day. He was so apologetic for the time it was taking, I had to tell him no more apologizing. We get it and just appreciate how above and beyond he was going for us. I worked in retail management for 30 years. I know exactly the pressure he must've been feeling and wanted him to know that with us there was no need, but, he cared so much he couldn't just relax and not do all he could to get us that fridge. He was so amazing, the whole team was. The next day we went to Southfield MI to pick up the Refrigerator. Right from the start the young lady who waited on us at the counter quickly asked for assistance and within minutes a team was there to help load. These young men were so polite, friendly, and all around happy. I wish I had got all their names. The one even was concerned that the freon needed to be upright which showed me he had knowledge. The main thing my husband and I both took from these two visits is how happy each team seems to be. One team could be great management, both teams tells me great culture from higher up too. I work for Edward Jones now and I too know the luxury of working for a company with amazing culture for its team. I felt the same thing in each of those stores. I can't wait to tell others about how amazing those young men were. How awesome of an experience it was in both stores. How great it was to see a young team proving that age is nothing, we each as individuals choose our work ethics and they all choose to excel and work hard in life. I would love to see where they each end up in life. You have assets in them all!!
