I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership initially when I was purchasing a washer, and the membership perks that came along with that purchase made it feel like a worthwhile decision at the time. I especially appreciated the added benefits tied to major appliance purchases, including helpful member pricing, convenient delivery and support options, and the extended return window. Pairing the membership with an extended warranty gave me extra peace of mind on a large purchase, which was a big factor in deciding to try the program. Since then, I have had a generally positive experience. The exclusive member pricing, early access to certain sales, and free two-day shipping with no minimum have all been useful. There have been a few occasions where I found genuinely good deals on items I actually needed, and the savings on those purchases helped justify the cost of the membership. It also feels helpful to have a bit of priority access during big sales or product launches. At the same time, this membership has made me think about the growing number of store memberships that companies are encouraging customers to sign up for in order to get slightly better deals or earlier access to promotions. While My Best Buy Plus has provided real value so far, it does make me question whether this is something I will continue long term, especially in years when I am not planning larger technology or appliance purchases. Overall, I am glad I signed up and have been satisfied with the benefits. I would recommend it to people who shop at Best Buy regularly or who are making a significant purchase like an appliance. For more occasional shoppers, the long-term value may depend on how often the perks are actually used.

I’ve been using the My Best Buy Plus membership for a while now, and honestly it has been completely worth it for me. The exclusive member discounts alone have already saved me more than the cost of the membership, especially on electronics, accessories, and gaming products. One of my favorite benefits is the extended 60-day return window. It gives me plenty of time to test products and decide if I really want to keep them, which is a huge advantage when buying expensive tech. The free 2-day shipping is also very convenient and makes online shopping much faster and easier. I also like getting early access to special sales and limited products before they sell out. The membership feels especially valuable during big shopping events like Black Friday or holiday sales. Overall, if you shop at Best Buy more than a few times a year, My Best Buy Plus is a great investment and adds a lot of extra value to the shopping experience.

Though like the new fridge, the freezer is a bit small. Lights seemed bright at first, but once you add food items, there are lots of shadows. Otherwise is an outstanding fridge. Delivery on the other hand was a joke. Delivery people didn't know how to install the fridge. I had to tell them how to do it. They didn't know a water adapter was included inside the water adapter kit that we purchased with the fridge. Also the needed to remove door handles from door to get fridge past it. Then the reassembled it wrong and left out weather stripping. Lastly, they left Styrofoam all over my driveway. Idiots.

Excellent Premium Laptop with a Beautiful Display I have been very impressed with the HP OmniBook Ultra. The 14-inch 3K OLED touchscreen is bright, sharp, and vibrant, making movies, photos, and everyday work look amazing. The laptop feels premium, runs smoothly, and handles multitasking without slowing down. With 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, it is fast enough for demanding work while still being light and easy to carry. The keyboard is comfortable, the battery life is good, and the Silk Sand finish gives it a clean and elegant appearance. My only complaint is that it has a limited number of ports, so some users may need an adapter or docking station. Overall, this is an excellent laptop for work, school, entertainment, and general productivity. It is expensive, but the performance, display quality, and premium design make it worth considering. I had the total plus membership and switched to this one partley because the total plus membership went from $179.99 to $199.99 a year and the plus went from $49.99 to $29.99 a year. the other reason is while you do get a extra year coverage on most things you buy brings your coverage to 2 years and get geek squad support which is all nice but unless you are always buying a lot of items every year or two its not worth it. Example a MacBbook pro coverage is around $349.00 for two years so to make it worth while you will need to buy other items to make the two year total plus membership worth it as it is $199.99 plus tax bringing tow year coverage to well over $400. 00 for a single item. so unless you buy a lot every year or two is not worth it. PS: although anything can break in the 2nd year but I have never had that experience. I think companies build products to last during the warranty and paid extended warranties so you really don't need the total plus. Also for apple products apple tech support will work with you on much older devices than 2 years.

My 5 yr old LG OLED had burn in so bad that I was NOT getting one of those again. Fortunately I didn't have to. The SONY Bravia 9 II is every bit as good at it was and on a sunny day actually better. I cannot tell any difference. If they were side by side, maybe. I kept seeing the reviews and have been hunting for 6 months to get a new TV. I am so glad that I waited until this came out. I wanted the 75 inch but realized it was overkill for my room. I had a 65 LG and went with the SONY 65. The picture is equal to the OLED, I think, but the sound is MUCH better. I have NO dislikes about it since I have no game system hooked up to it. I have a BOSE amp but the sound is so good I rarely use it. I really like this set and feel good about not having to worry about burn-in anymore. The 10 year old Bravia in the bedroom is still working fine and I am hoping that this lasts as long.

I’ve had good experiences with LG appliances and how reliable they are. The fridge has lots of nice features, especially by way of the ice makers. I must have ice in my drinks and not only does the fridge come with a standard in door ice maker, but it also has another in the lower freezer compartment, which makes craft ice- those golf ball shaped icy orbs. Husband likes the drawer between the fridge and freezer- it can be converted from a cooler drawer or to additional freezer space by using the app. Overall I’m pleased with the refrigerator itself, but the delivery service was just awful. Language and communication barriers as well as vertical scratches over large areas of a new appliance, plus we had to remove packaging materials throughout the refrigerator. Something that never happened before when Best Buy had their own delivery service. This will definitely be a factor in considering any future purchases.

This Best Buy Plus membership is a great idea and could possibly save the member a lot of money and who doesn't want to save money?!! I'm a pushover when someone approaches me and tries to get me involved in a program that they use and love. That being said, I allowed exactly that to happen when I went to purchase a new TV and was told about this program by two different salespeople. I agreed with their statements and bought the membership but when I got home, I sat down and thought about it and realized that I seldom purchase anything except necessities because I'm on Social Security. I felt that this was an unnecessary purchase with money that I could have used for medicine or groceries, my biggest purchases. So when I called corporate and asked if I could cancel and get a refund, they were so nice and accommodating. Thank you, Best Buy, for understanding my situation and refunding my money. Now that's true customer service!

Okay listen... when a company has some sort of plan or membership, I usually just skip it and keep it moving. But this plan has actually provided me decent deals and incentives. 60 returns on most products is useful. Most retail return policies are FAR tighter than that. Of course to keep speed with Amazon they've added free 2-day shipping. Early access and exclusive deals is another draw, but admittedly is the weaker of the bunch to me. Not a perfect plan but plan ever is. But it's certainly one to at least consider before your mental filtering automatically removes any chance of you signing up.

I have been commuting using e-scooters for the past 8 years. I originally started out with a gotrax GXL v2 and eventually moved up to the Segway es4 in 2021. The ES4 was nice and cost $850 new I believe. However, it was very small and the suspension made quite a few noises when going over bumps and rides weren’t easy as you had to dodge nearly every crack. Now in 2026, I bought a 2025 flagship model from Segway (the g3) for $1100 (usually $1500) on sale here at Best Buy. Rides feel a ton smoother, the consoles (the scooter heads) seemed to have improved massively as they feel less “basic and battery focused” and way more immersive. For example, they now have a true pixel-based display and built in navigation and safety/anti theft features. Anyway, I would say the scooters from the 2020 er are far more “experimental” and the newer ones around 2025/2026 are more polished and finished. I would definitely recommend one now if you need it, as they are much more reliable than the previous years!

I kind of regret getting this. I doubt I will ever use it. Store manager talked me into it because i missed the return window on a defective monitor by 2 days - she said this will extend the return window to 60 days, but I made her plug in the new monitor to make sure it worked before I bought it. So I really didn't need to buy the membership.

The Best Buy plus membership is awesome. It gives so many perks to being a Best Buy shopper. It also adds a lot of nice qualities to Best Buy with being a member of this program. For example, one of my favorite things at Best Buy plus has gotten me is over half off on an accessory for my Microsoft surface computer. And also has gotten me a couple hundred dollars off of a brand new LG TV! On Black Friday, I went into the store, looking for a HP Chromebook, another perk of this membership is that I was able to get some money off that was not expected on the purchase of the laptop. Another thing great about this Best Buy plus membership is that I get extended time to return things to my local Best Buy store. I am just beyond satisfied with this membership. Another thing I absolutely love about it is that it is not too expensive. I save a ton of money with just putting a little aside to pay for the membership. I cannot recommend this Best Buy add-on perk enough. So if you were thinking about subscribing, I would do it.

We absolutely love the Samsung Dryer & Pedestal. It works very well & clothes dry in minimal time not to forget to mention the back saving it does with the sturdy pedestal which raises the height of the dryer to work well. The door opens in the opposite direction of the washer to make it even easier to take clothes from the washer to insert them into the dryer. The drawer works well and fits a medium sized bottle of laundry soap & softener plus other supplies. We are so well pleased with this & the delivery service we had! Thumbs up for Best Buy & can't wait to use my new My Best Buy Plus Card.

Definitely recommend getting the Best buy membership either the plus or the other one. Whichever one you need, whichever one you want but either way it's worth it. Even the one that is not the highest one. You get very good service from it and I commend Best buy in general for their service for having that they treat everyone very well. I've seen myself and I've seen other people and they treat everyone very nice weather. You have the regular Best buy membership, the one that's free or the one that's not. But either way they treat everyone very nice and I have to say that that's amazing

LG Model: WT7010CW My recent purchase of this LG washing machine is yet another smart buy from Best Buy! We waited almost 28 years to replace the LG washing machine. It was a long-lasting, hard-working, and reliable part of our weekly routine. I hardly looked at the other, high-priced manufacturers. It is easy to use with faster cleaning cycles that save us money on water and power. I got a fantastic price for the new LG with delivery and set up in minutes. LG and Best Buy created yet another customer for life. I can easily give high recommendations for this LG Washing Machine.

Pretty decent value for the price you pay. I love having different deals to choose from each month. I've managed to score a kitchen's worth of Bella products from those deals alone. The value has slightly increased now that we can earn points again. When purchased, that was not a thing. I do wish there were a few more exclusive sales per year or that they would bring back the $10 reward certificate for preordering new games. But overall, I am happy with the value of the membership.

Plus is a great product for people who shop Best Buy frequently, and the benefits are great for even casual shoppers with the extended return window and exclusive deals. My main complaint has been and always will be the removal of the ability to opt-out of auto renewal. I like to take full advantage of the things I'm using, and I prefer to only renew when I make a big purchase. Best Buy did away with the ability to cancel that auto renewal through the app and as such I find myself less inclined to renew my membership than before, and need a much greater reason to do so when I do eventually.

Like I didn't go to the one in the middle of the jungle or I thought they were gonna help out with they were building this huge thing like they put a waterslide and maybe a Home Depot best to have a Best Buy couple of Best Buy there cause in the future, everyone's gonna be hanging out in front of those things to get a job Take the house leave me the E bike. I got a Viper in my backpack and I'm fixing to strike techno stop they've improved though and they clamp down on their geek squad putting things on. I'm pretty sure in that third Bible the digital one it'll mention that somewhere that it's a high-level violation, but that's not them again antidotal And there was a Holmes that picked a fight with me when I lost my balance because I was sitting in catcher style and I had my hip ripped out and then wait a minute. I was giving a good review right wait, let me think about it. Yeah they're cool
