The membership offers great deals, but there's no option to disable auto-renewal. When I canceled mine, I immediately lost all benefits—even though I still had 1.5 months remaining. I didn’t receive a prorated refund, and the perks were cut off right away. I contacted customer service, but they told me there was nothing they could do. With most memberships, you can continue using the benefits until the end of your current term after canceling, since you've already paid for it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

Worth the buy saves you more money if you shop here a lot

Very glad I decided to get the Best Buy Plus Membership. It makes me feel very appreciated and valued as a customer. Items I purchased (Washer & Dryer) were a very good value. Delivery was excellent and set up went smooth. I've never had a negative experience at the Novi, MI Best Buy.

We used this membership to purchase a HP printer and ink. It was great for the printer purchase which is still working super

Not sure yet, but if the item I bought goes down in price at any retailers shop, and Best Buy refunds that difference, I suppose it was worth the $50.

Membership have great perks and rewards. The rewards are good but i dont like the fact it gives you a expiration date. I think if the rewards are mine then I should be able to spend whenever I want. No expiration.

Must have! You get unlimited geek squad support and piece of mind knowing that there are protection plans on your purchases.

There could be some value here. I am halfway through my year and I haven’t “saved” money yet. I like that it tracks how much extra savings you received from being a member but I wish the member deals were more tailored to my shopping habits. There were no special Black Friday deals needed for this membership and I felt like that was a missed opportunity too. All in all you have to shop at Best Buy a lot to make it worth it. Unsure if I’ll renew.

Well I like the service and the friendly people, always willing to help, I have not used the plus card yet nor I probably not, cause I plan to upgrade my membership next time I go up there, all my products are still good, but if they do break I am sure I will get plenty of good help

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I'm still a relatively new member. So far, I have no issues. I like having access to deals, and the protection plan benefits.

This membership is worth it, love how you you get extra day to return products as well as the great deals you get along with geek squad if you need any help.

Great value! Was able to use my points earned from an iPad and Apple Watch to cover my Apple care!
