Each product I purchase is typically “new to me” as in, I am not very familiar with all the bells and whistles that are involved. This plan gives me peace of mind knowing that assistance is just a touch away. I am extremely grateful Best Buy offers such a wonderful program.

Store personnel were fine, helped me find what I wanted and arrange delivery. 2 men delivered the fridge and the older one argued forever about 3 steps and wanted to leave it in the yard. Called me “old lady” in Spanish while arguing with his boss. Nasty, nasty man

The membership is pretty good as it offer deals on many things that are exclusive to members. If you go here a lot, then it would be worth it to buy it.

It has some decent perks with shipping and a few others, but one of the "perks" was receiving discounts ahead of anyone else getting them. I have received one discount note since I have been a member that gave a very small discount on one item. It was truly anemic....I get more discounts with Best Buy using the Honey extension on Chrome than I get from being a member. Still, it does have a few nice perks so I gave it 3 stars which is "Average"

So far so good. We bought appliances for our new house. They are in the process of being delivered and installed. We really have peace of mind that we will be in our new home and have 90 days, instead of the standard 30 to use and decide if these appliances are a good fit for our family.

the Plus membership has paid for itself not only in member discounts, but in extending the period of returns beyond just 2 weeks. It allows a measure of price protection not possible without membership.
