Sales agent from corporate office after hours waqs great and went out of the way to make it happen. Agent at Frisco store was great! He nas well went out if the away t0o find my already purchased Apple computer.

I don't really get much out of the BB+ membership as I typically don't extend warranties or need to be first to get new tech. But it was nice to get a discount on a new TV.

Definitely recommend — while it costs $50, you get a $50 gift certificate back to use on whatever you want, so it’s a wash, plus you get extended time to return items or get $back if they drop in price.

This is probably a good choice for many. But we saved only $3 after 1 yr of membership. We did get great prices on the TV, Sound Bar, Printer, Tablet, etc. But only an overall saving of $3 for $50 member fee. So for now, we are not going to renew. Also free shipping isn't a big deal for us, we live right down the block from a Best Buy.

Best Buy is the best place to shop for everything you need for your home which I did. I got everything brand new started over. I love them and I will not stop shopping with them. I’ve told all my friends if they need something go there the employees are so nice.
