Walked in with my daughter to get her a laptop for college. The person helped us pick out our MacBook Air, checked to make sure it was in stock then suggested the office add on and the plus membership. I now have $50 credit to spend and thrilled about that.

I originally got the membership to so I could get the cheaper price for a dishwasher which was worth it for that alone. I didn't even realize there were monthly items with heavy discounts due to the membership.

The 6-month return policy is excellent, along with a discount for members.

I felt I was forced to upgrade my membership in order to receive just a partial refund for an unopened pair of earbuds. I missed the 10 day (?) return deadline by 2 days and wasn't allowed to receive a full refund for something that someone only had to turn around and place back in the locked cabinet behind the counter. No restocking required or anything. I like purchasing in an actual store but I understand the attraction to online purchases via Amazon, etc.

Free shipping is a perk. Too bad you don’t get an item because their ”Roadie “delivery service is horrendous. No item, no customer service. Don’t waste your time and money.

Purchased with a Lego set for $50, which gave the Lego set $50 off, so it was essentially free.

Extremely difficult and a lot of limitations to use the best price guarantee. I literally had seven or eight lower prices for the same item that I had purchased. After I submitted a claim (very difficult to find out how to do that.) I was told that none of them met the criteria. That being said my experience buying the product in the store was really very positive. I would not recommend purchasing this plan if you are looking for a lower price guarantee.

I really do not think that we buy enough to gain big rewards from this membership, but it is still fine to have it.

Worth having, I purchased this membership and a week later some items I purchased went on sale and I was able to get reimbursed the difference.

Love your support team. No matter how busy it is in the store, they make every effort to take care of my needs. They all know their stuff, and are quite helpful and pleasant.

Annoyed that I have to pay extra for faster shipping, as I sure to get that based off of just points, but I like the extended return policy.

I was able to return my items past the normal 2 week return policy. I applied the money toward what it was that I really needed instead.
