We have always been extremely satisfied with Best Buy. Every product we bought has been fully covered and just having that piece of mind with. Plus, membership really says us at ease.

$50/year. Worth it for the year you buy big-ticket tech, skip otherwise. Member prices match Amazon often, but the 60-day return window and exclusive sale access can pay for the membership in one purchase.

Hello, I have been a member for many years. Most of the PCs I have gotten throughout all those years I have got them from Best Buy. On this note I have been in the market for a new PC in the last 2 years. I have been at different stores many times and have looked at many laptops but none have caught my attention. The quality of the laptops feel so plastic and poor quality. I would like to see more quality items. I know PC companies have them. I use them at work. I know they are more expensive too. I would also like to see more of the 18 and 24 months promotions. I was closed to get me one of those "feel poor quality" laptops last December just because of the 18 months promotion but decided not to. I know the company is going through a lot of changes due to the economy. But I would like to see more quality items throughout the store. Not so much plastic. Thank you.

We specifically purchased the membership as we were buying some TV's and peripherals for an apt. move. Wanted to make sure that we had best price guarantee and this membership paid for itself in our savings

I was sold on this membership because of the supposed advantage to get invites to special sales involving collectibles i.e. Pokemon product. I have yet to see if that is the case.

A nice asset if you buy a lot of tech and or are making bigger purchases... I got it when I bought a laptop and kept renewing for the free shipping and occasional vouchers... Not a bad Investment if you think you'll use it...

Having a plus membership is a good option because you will have a good discount for most of the item in promotional sales I bought some items with a promotion of %50 off with this membership.

So far this membership is awesome. I recently purchased a new laptop and learned with the membership, I'm FULLY cover, anything happens, covered. Decide I dont like the color, covered. If my laptop happens to drop in price, then I get that money back. (Example: $1000 laptop, I paid for is now $600, I get $400 back.) The membership helps me constantly.
