I enjoy the membership for geek squad advice as i build new computers, having access to better pricing and know my items will arrive at my house in a timely and safe manner. So the protection is great for when i have those items delivered

This is helpful whenever you want to buy electronics

I was hesitant to get this plan but it paid off quickly when the refrigerator that we purchased went on sale.

I was leery about ant membership sales pitch, however, this membership saved me money on my washer/dryer purchase. Hopefully it will save me money on future purchases.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WON'T BUY FROM OTHER RETAIL BUSINESSES ANYMORE DUE TO THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYTIME, I GO INTO BEST BUY I LEAVE FEELING LIKE SOMEONE REALLY WANTED TO HELP ME AS WELL AS THEY KNOW THE PRODUCTS VERY WELL.

I brought a laptop without any plan and after a month I change my mind, I went back to the store and tried to ask if it’s possible to trade the old one to a new one with a higher specs, and they said yes. Now I got a new laptop, very good deal satisfying specs and a very satisfying service from best buy.

Excellent offer from Best Buy, they promptly refunded $300 of my Laptop purchase from the month before when it went on sale several weeks after, just as they explained such a feature would work. Nice daily offers and discounts through Best Buy Plus too. Recommended.

I don't like to shop-it is aggravating and costs too much. but with best buy plus i get great rewards and when a deal I am intrigued by comes up I check it out instead of avoiding it. And I have been very happy with my purchases. Thank You!

I love this option and it came into great use. It paid for itself within the forst 2 weeks then again 2 weeks after that. Great option

Yeah, I don’t know why I bought this. It’s great if you can afford to buy a ton of Best Buy products I cannot unfortunately. :(

Great membership to have!! Beneficial when making multiple purchases!

Honestly one of the best memberships around I was hesitant at first but when I looked at the value and the perks that it provides I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. Love how it has exclusive member sales and even buy 2 get one on Nintendo switch games. If you shop frequently definitely check it out.

I originally purchased this for the Buy2 Get1 on switch games and that's no longer an offer. Used it a lot for blurays and movies and those are no longer being sold. So I'm not sure if I'll continue this when its expires. They have a lot of deals on appliances and whatnot, so if you're in the market for that then this might be really nice for you. But the miscellaneous and occasional deal might not be worth the price to me.

Its pretty good but could be better. The membership I would say is worth it to have if you are a common shopper or even an every now and then shopper. While the benefits like the support and the return windows and events are pretty good as well. But the overall deals could definitely improve, most of the deals are things not at all correlated to my purchases or interests. So the variety of deals from the membership could improve but the rest is pretty good.

I guess its ok, I have not actually used it yet. When I purchase a car stereo for my son the membership was part of the package

I was persuaded to buy the plan in order to "rescue" a return that was outside the standard Best Buy return window. But it was not explained to me that the amount I would "save" by reinstating and receiving the return, was a lot less than the cost of the plan.

waste of time and money. There's really no benefit to joining these memberships at Best Buy since the only applicable bonuses are early releases and if you want to get early releases most other retailers are less costly. Furthermore, the associates will lie to you and tell you that buying the mid tier membership gets you a gift card worth the price of membership off your next purchase. Not so, it is off your next $500 purchase, which again you'd be better off getting better or more for your money at a different retailer. additionally the gift card offer is not applicable to the purchase of any mobile related purchase. No phones, tablets, smart watches, warranties, or accessories. The top tier membership is supposed to include AppleCare+ but again, the associates will tell you after the fact that it doesn't apply to any current or mobile purchases.

I bought money things from here great customer service cannot be satisfying enough thank you so much. I’ve been Best Buy customer for over 10 years. Thank you so much for being here.

My membership is working out better than expected. I have now used it 3 times to my advantage.
