We Purchased a LG 55" TV with Sound Bar with the installation on our wall. The Best Buy crew came in and did an excellant job putting it together. They even set-up the sound bar and TV to work off our original remote, Great Job Best Buy!

Store location is great but customer service is poor shirt staff is a problem have to wait very long before i could get any help with pricing one employee told me he is off the clock and geting ready to go anothe employee told me he is trying to find some one that is available this was not good.

Great membership. Saved me a lot of money on a big purchase too. And recieved a lot back in points too.

I save almost $100 off the UCS Lego Millenium Falcon and more with some of the parts I used in my latest PC build. That there alone was worth the membership. Not to mention the self checkout feature makes life incredibly easy when the lines are crazy at checkout!

We have saved over 700 dollars in the last 2 months just by using the plus. There are other benefits like instead of 30 days to bring something back, one can get up to 60 days or more depending upon your circumstances. Overall we give the membership High Honors!!

The extended return times and surprise member only deals have made this worth the price. I've seen deals that I haven't taken advantage of but if I was in the market, would be just the cherry on top.

This is an amazing effort by Best Buy. Being a member qualifies me for discounts and we all love a good discount. I actually made purchases that are normally priced higher for less because I am a plus member. Love being a plus member. Let’s go Best Buy!!!

Better price as a plus member but not able to utilize the price match guarantee for every transaction. Purchased 3 separate items and received price match on 2 items but not the third. Was told cannot price match bundled offer but the bundle included a gift card which was not worth as much as the price was lowered to.
