I’ve saved so much money with this plus membership.

Far from my experiences realized over several years of Total Tech membership. Too bad the fraud and abuse caused by mostly Best Buy’s commercial customers, i.e. vrbo’s, apartment complexes, etc. drove BB to revamp the entire TT program which has only served to cause a negative impact on us small and honest customers. It’s a long story that only previous TT members understand and this is why the 3-star rating.

It’s really helpful but sometimes the deals are kind of a let down. But overall it’s nice for the price.

Decent value if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy. The truth is that I was ordering a highly sought after item and the online agent would not send the invoice for this item unless I purchased my Best Buy plus. Canceling is easy enough, again there is value if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy.

The membership has been great for our family, saving money and knowing we have awesome support through Geek squad. Also really enjoy the member only deals. My kids call me Bestbuy lady bc I shop there all the time. Highly recommend!
