I am very unhappy that a bank as large as Citi can’t process a payment faster than it does. My payment to Citi (Best Buy) has been posted for days, yet I have not see it reflected in my current Best Buy balance. My transfer from CHASE was deducted from that account immediately.

We always have a great experience purchasing at Best Buy. I highly recommend the geek squad too.

I met 2 very helful people-John and Sean when buying a refrigerator. We bought a refrigerator for our downstairs and i forgot to mention we needed the door to open the other way. I went back to the store and was charged $95 for this service. I find it crazy that im charged extra when this appliance is designed to open either on the right or left and i just happen to need it the opposite of how its packaged.

I love the inside look on things before others can check it out, to me it’s worth the money because I buy alot from Best Buy.
