Free shipping is a perk. Too bad you don’t get an item because their ”Roadie “delivery service is horrendous. No item, no customer service. Don’t waste your time and money.

We bought this membership while purchasing a laptop last month. We haven’t used it a lot but I think we will use it in coming year.

it is missing warranty on the devices we puchased and does have small additional discount. It needs to have more options and more discounts

have not really used this membership yet, but i am anticipating buying a laptop soon, so i plan to use this all the time.

1st of all it’s a great service they will send you exclusive emails to low prices or discounts only available to members and then there’s the random money they drop in your members account just for being a member the perks are well worth the price!

So far, so good. I have not had any problems with the TV. I appreciate the young man who helped us choose the TV and set us up with the plan.

We have used Best Buy for many years and having Best Buy Plus has added to more to a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

I have the base Best Buy plus and the return and price adjustment benefits make it worth the subscription

At my age, 70 years, to have access to individuals that have knowledge of products that I purchase, is a plus, or a win win. And, knowing that I have purchased a gift for my grand children, with the direction of this support team, makes purchasing a breeze!

So far so good. It has already paid for itself once. I usually don't buy these memberships but I gave it a try and it has paid off for me .
