So far so good. It has already paid for itself once. I usually don't buy these memberships but I gave it a try and it has paid off for me .

Ii had a price match issue and what I didn't like was having to go drive to the store for the price adjustment if made in store. Another thing that they don't tell you upon signing up, is that you can only do one price match at a time. So for example if you got a price match on a TV, and you bought other stuff and realizing went on the sale later, it won't allow you to price match it.

The Plus membership is great and the service and pricing is very attractive. It is right on your dashboard which is very good way to remind the customer your standing and special pricing on the items. Excellent shopping experiences all together.

This membership has saved me a lot cash. Also, the customer service for it has been great. Also, to be notified of upcoming "member" sales has been great. With about 3 purchases, the savings had made the membership pay for itself. I will definitely renew.

Great membership gives me a 60-day return policy and 60 day warranty kind of like and free shipping or some appliances that they normally charge for it's good to have peace of mind

I have been a my best buy member for several years. Now with my BestBuy plus, this new structure has been helpful in getting discounted prices and free shipping. Within only a few purchases, the membership cost is covered with the saving I generated. Best Buy has always had great customer service.

1. Headphone display to listen to the Bose Wuiet Comfort Ultras hasn't worked for well over a month. 2. I have had a dispute about recreating my Bestbuy Credit card for a returned Samsung 77" S90F TV in conjunction with an upgraded Samsung 77" S95F TV returned on 18 Feb by two Geek Squad installers for going on since Feb 18th '26 !!!!! 3. Need to include Senheiser and Bowers & Wilkens high valued headphones in store.

I really enjoy the support I get from Best Buy using the membership plan. I just bought 2 laptops and feel secure knowing that I can rely on Best Buy if I need critical support.

Totally satisfied with the service. Had a proplem paying by check that with the help of several the problem was solved. It was fast and very friendly service. Very satisfied.

If I could give Best Buy minus stars I would. Let me say my sales associate was good but could have been more knowledgeable. My condo has time restrictions for deliveries 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, I communicated this to S.A. and he did document. The evening before my scheduled delivery I received a text with my delivery time as 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I called customer service and after a lengthy wait I was in contact with a person who could barely speak English, she gave me another number to call , again a lengthy wait and that person disconnected me. The third time was a charm. My new delivery date was set for 3 days later. I had asked the S.A. if Geek Squad would be delivering my tv (twice) both times was was assured they would be. I did not want a third party delivery from Best Buy. Day of delivery the delivery company was MasTec, not Geek Squad. The driver called my phone to tell me he could not find the elevator. At that point I knew I was in trouble. I went down to find him and there was a person with his boxer shorts showing. He brought the tv up, hung in on the wall but required a longer HDMI cable. Went down t his truck, brought one up, connected it and told me $60.00. I communicated to him I could purchase one for much less. He wasn’t going to program the settings until I asked him to. I wanted to enter my own password and he said no, he would do it. I was very uncomfortable from the very start. He was going to leave with the picture looking like the tv I was getting rid of until I mentioned it.My plan was to come back at a later date and purchase another tv for the guest bedroom. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy again and I have also communicated my horrible experience with Best Buy to all my friends and family

So far so good you have 60 days to return a product that you’re not happy with. Plus they send some cool offers

If and when I need a product from Best Buy, I should use the Best Buy Plus to lower my purchase.

This has already saved me a couple times and really glad I got this extra perk
