The membership was very important for my purchase of a used cell phone. I felt more protected and it gave me return privileges in case the phone wasn’t right for me. Flexibility and peace of mind were worth every penny.

THE PRODUCT HAS HELD UP WELL SO FAR, BUT i WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. i PAID TO HAVE THE dISHWASHER HARD-WIRED, BUT THE INTALLER CHARGED ME $142 FOR A SWITCH i DID NOT NEED TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL BUIDING REGULATIONS. BEST BUY WOULD NOT PUT THE PRESSURE ON THE INSTALLER TO REMOVE THE SWITCH AND REFUND MY $142. local rEGUALTIONS DID NOT REQUIRE THIS SWITCH.

The membership paid for itself when I took advantage of multiple deals, like a buy 2 get 1 for Switch games. I’ll definitely re-up the subscription when the next big deal drops.

I really like the value of this membership. I like how it provides early access to multiple item deals. I will definitely renew the membership when it comes time. I continue to check price drops to see if its something I am interested in.

They did a price match with the manufacturer so I could get the equivalent of a military discount.

I have been pleased by the service I have received from Best Buy sales staff for the several items I have purchased since becoming a member last November, 2023. At this point my plans are to renew my membership when the current year's membership expires.

60 day return window regardless of reason is what sold me.

I bought the membership because I was told that I could get a price match within 60 days of purchase. The sales guy gave me his business card. 20 days later my items went on sale. I tried to call the local store via the number on the business card, but it always routes you to the corporate customer service. After being on hold for 20 minutes and waiting for “manager approval” they said that they approved my $100 price match and it would go through in 10 business days. After 12 business days nothing had been credited to my card. I called back and went through another session of corporate customer service where I was on hold for a long time and they finally promised it was going through this time within another 10 business days. Another 12 days goes by and no credit. Finally I went into the store and the manager helped me. He looked up my account in the system and said that no such price match had ever been initiated for me. He did the price match right there for me in the store. TL;DR; the corporate customer service appears to give the runaround when you find a good price match. Don’t waste your time with them. If I didn’t bother to follow through in person they would have made that $100. Only a determined person will get the price match.

This is a real benefit. It offers great purchase protection.
