We have used this Insignia washer two times and have found it to be exeptional as compared to the Whirlpool washer we have had for over 15 years. This is a top loader which makes it more convenient to load clothes and it has an easily-read control panel which makes it convenient to use especially when you have different loads requiring differing water-levels, load weights, and drying times. It unloads easily and the clothes are clean, which is the reason we got it. We're also pleased that it is a Best Buy brand since we have confidence in Best Buy as a store that has decent prices and even better when there is a sale. Products we have purchased are our computers several years ago. Recently my wife purchased a new Kindle so make her relaxed time more fun with the books she gets.

I also was able to keep an eye on prices and around 45 days, I found a reputable seller that had my system for ~$500 less. So, overall, it was well worth the $50 investment. And, I just received an email stating the cost is dropping to $29/year, so even better.

I am now a member of Best Buy Plus. I did not set out to join a club, but while I was purchasing Pokémon cards, a very confident employee informed me that this membership was the "skeleton key" to the hobby. He looked me in the eye and assured me that Plus members get early access to Pokémon drops: a claim that has, thus far, remained entirely in the realm of fiction. Since joining, I have seen exactly zero "early access" windows for shiny cardboard. My Plus status has primarily resulted in me receiving a high volume of emails about major appliances I do not need and a deep discount on a wall charger that I do not need. I suspect the employee’s enthusiasm was fueled less by a desire to help me find some dopamine via shiny and more by a corporate quota system that treats membership sales like a competitive sport. Whether he received a kickback or was simply trying to avoid a stern talking-to in the breakroom is irrelevant; the result is that I am now $50 poorer and still standing in the same lines as everyone else. The main benefit of this membership appears to be the psychological thrill of seeing a "Member Price" that is slightly lower than the "Normal Price," effectively allowing me to pay Best Buy for the privilege of giving them less money later. It is a brilliant circular economy of which I am now a voluntary participant. Five stars. My bank account is lighter, my inbox is fuller, and I am still waiting for that "early access" to manifest. I am a valued member of the ecosystem.

When looking into gaming laptops, it can be hard to find the perfect match. I've been through about two previously, and they never really did it for me. The G14, however, changes that. It's got a beautiful sleek and slim design and it is an extraordinarily powerful machine. I've had it for about a month now and have ran into no issues that make me regret my purchase. The only thing I have to note is it can get quite hot when playing more intensive games (which makes sense because it is a slim design). Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and I recommend this to anyone who wants a portable gaming laptop.

I am more than pleased with the membership. It has saved me a lot of money. In addition, it gave me a reduction on items purchased if I saw them elsewhere for less. It enabled me to bring something back within 60 days if I was not satisfied. I purchased several items in addition to two window air conditioners. I did not like the first two air conditioners. I was able to bring them back without the box and choose something different. Then I bought 2 Windmill air conditioners which I absolutely love. I highly recommend the brand. They are worth every penny. Thank you Best Buy for making my appliance purchases easy.

The machine itself was fine. The service was mostly terrible. Had my original date reacheduled to the next fay with no explanation 2hrs before delivery, upon actual delivery the tech apparently "could not" install due to a barely loose faceplate housing at the pipes, so they left it in the middle of my living room. My wife, a 42 year old suffering from early onset parkinsons was left to ans thankfully able to move and install the washer in under an hour. I have contacted the payment provider as weol as best buy regarding this unsatisfacroy experience and have yet to recieve any word back after initial contact where we were offered $11 comoensation for our time and effort. Will not be a return customer.

Everything is great with this refrigerator, except two of the door bins were found to be broken upon instalation. Dealing with customer service was very frustrating and time consuming. We are still waiting for the replacements to arrive. We were told they were orderd to be sent to us almost one month ago.

Whenever I am asked to pay to get savings I have to stop and look carefully at what I'm being offered. Most of the time I'm someplace I'll never come back to and I want the discount on my one purchase, most likely because I will never return to that store. But this is Best Buy, and let's face it, I'm going to end up dropping money here more often than I probably should. For 50 dollars a year, the Best Buy Plus membership is not a bad deal. It was paid for out of my first purchase of a MacBook where I saved 50 dollars because of the membership (so it was "free"). So now for the year, I get access to certain items with an extra discount which is nice. But there is more!!! Once I looked over the dashboard (yes, you get your own dashboard) there are a few more perks that come with the membership: 1. There is an assortment of free trials for decent amounts of time that you can dip into. 2. You get 60 days instead of 30 days to return things, so try and buy to your heart's content (you break it you buy it) 3. I'm impatient when it comes to shipping. If I'm laying to some good money I want my product immediately. But we all know everything isn't in stock, so two-day free shipping is a perk, not bad, and on part with Amazon Prime. 4. There is also a rewards point thing that you get discounts and rewards depending on how much you spend, and that brings us to the bad part. Now the only thing that I don't like about the membership (and it probably isn't even their fault, I'm sure it is some arrangement with Apple) is that those points that you get, well, you don't get them on Apple products (and where does most my money go?) so for all the money I spend on Apple Products they don't reward me for the future. Beyond that, I have nothing bad to say, especially since it was at no additional cost in my case. Oh, and don't forget, for like 130 dollars more you can get the tech support and warranty package which does include Apple Care+ so that looks like a great value also.

I purchased this membership mainly for piece of mind because it gave me the option to return my soundbar for up to 90 days. I was worried about spending that much on a soundbar and it not be what I was expecting. The nice perk of this is they'll do a price match for a period of time if the item goes on sale during that time. The soundbar did go on sale for $100 less and I was able to very easily go in the app and request a price match and that was completed within a week, so that in itself paid for more than this membership. It was well worth it!

Went to geek squad to restart my little sisters iPhone 14, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. She tried 2xs restarting my sisters iPhone because the first time it did not work. I had thought I needed to buy a new phone which at the time I was not financially able too. The lady at the front desk mentioned that if I was interested in getting the membership for the year it’d be $30 instead of paying $100 at front for the service. After she mentioned the benefits of the membership, which one is buying a product and not liking it, I have 2 weeks to return it, I applied. Thank you geek squad for rescuing my little sisters iPhone and saving me some money!

I personally think that both memberships are totally worth the money. Both membership give you exclusive sales on items that most other memberships don't do. On the topic of sales, sometimes I noticed that the membership gives you early access to some products AND sales which makes it pretty worth it to me! I ordered myself a few items online a few weeks ago, and i love the fact that the shipping is very fast. Normally, compared to companies such as Amazon, you'll have to pay usually 10 dollars for shipping alone, AND sadly, you'll have to wait a week for your product to even arrive (That's if you dont have Amazon prime.) but unlike Best Buy, you'll normally have to wait 2 days for your product to come, making it totally worth it for me, and you don't have to pay for shipping! If you're a frequent shopper, i totally recommend getting the Best Buy plus membership, since it comes with many other features that I stated and more!

WE have purchased a lot of replacement appliances and TVS this year and the Plus membership allows you to gather points that help reduce the final price you pay. The only caveat is that you have two months to use the points or you lose them. In our case it worked on the TV, washer and dryer and new sound bar we bought.
