Tried this service after a pushy Best Buy employee recommended it. I have gotten very little use out of it, as I prefer to shop elsewhere, Best Buy no longer offers the best product selection, and only competes on price when they are forced to through price match, but selectively chooses what to price match. Only certain stores can be price matched, and they refuse to price match if a sale is going on, which seems like the entire point of pricing matching. Best Buy has no loyalty to customers and will gladly lose your business to keep products sitting on the shelf. I will gladly shop at a competitor who’s offering a genuine sale, and won’t be pushed to buy additional services or warranties by their employees. The only true benefit is price protection for items that go on sale after purchase, but this would only benefit someone who shops Best Buy regularly, and if that’s the case you probably don’t care about price.

Membership offers 60 days return or price match .. on the 52 day, I wanted to get a price match but was told I passed the time by two days. Best Buy could’ve made an exception but didn’t. Not pleased with management since store personnel said it can by done by a store manager.

Worth the $50 just to have the ability to return items for 60 days. I will never shop for appliances, laptops, iPads, or any item I can get at Best Buy, anywhere else.

No interest it is too good for financed purchases.

Not sure what the benefits are exactly. If your item goes down in price, beware you HAVE to go into the store for adjustment, they cannot do it via phone or chat. So when you go into the store it’s not exactly easy. Price adjustment should be made easy within the promised timeline, period. Also, it doesn’t benefit you for delivery in any way. After scheduling soonest delivery three weeks after purchase date our delivery was canceled 1.5 hours AFTER the delivery window of scheduled day. I was notified via text that I needed to schedule a delivery date. When I called to see what happens I was given a list of excuses only to go back to the store to be told they were short staffed. So the next scheduled date? You get put to the back of the line. That’s right folks, after removing your television and mount you get to wait another three weeks! Ridiculous. Zero benefits.

Ay Love It this service plan for the year it is worthy

The salesperson who helped us was very good. We told him what we needed and picked the exact thing for us. He did not in any way try to "upgrade" to a higher priced piece. Didnt push in any way it would work better. We were thankful for that.

Was a little hesitant to sign up but the exclusive deals I have access to as a member seem to be worth it.
