I purchased a radio for my truck on 7 Jan and the employee scheduled installation for 28 Jan. On 27 Jan I stopped by to ensure all was ready for next day. The technician said i was not scheduled and scheduled me for Feb 9. Incompetence

I basically got the money that I paid for the membership back with the money I saved purchasing items.

I don’t remember why i was there but whenever im there i always get help pretty fast.

I've barely had time to even use the membership. Everyone who helped me make the purchases & get my new laptop set up was great. I did call for assistance once with a question & the man who helped me was a big help.

To be honest, I never used it. I bought a printer and signed up for the membership but ended up returning the printer and never using the membership again. Not really worth it for someone like me. I’m sure it’s great for others who shop at Best Buy more often. The discounts with the membership would save you more in the long run than without the membership.
