Was told by a nice lady on the phone that "the computers were down" and would I call back in an hour. That happens. You should include "Maybe" as a choice in the section, "Would you recommend this membership to a friend?*"

So far so good, don't see a lot of useful deals for members hopefully will see some soon. Otherwise cancelling it.

If you are a frequent buyer at Bestbuy, it is a good deal, Best Buy has member price very often, I got a smart door locker, it should be 279, but member price is 209. One purchase, I made my money back.
