I bought a laptop and then A better laptop went on sale so I was able to get that and I saved 250. It’s already paid for itself. I’m checking special deals. I was thinking, when it expires, I’m going to renew.

The membership made sense when buying my new TV. The benefits of having a 60 day return window was nice in case anything came up.

I bought it to return a graphics card and another item beyond the usual 7-day return policy. It's a good program overall, but I haven't utilized it in a way that justifies the purchase yet.

This would be a real value to me if I knew how to use the help that I am offered. I was told about all of the benefits but no one told me how to go about getting the help I need. Do I call the store or do I call Apple for help with my computer?

The tech was here for less than an hour. He got the TV mounted and completely setup. Love the TV!!! Great picture and sound.

So far so good. I get exclusive member pricing and shipping priority which is amazing. Best Buy never steers me wrong and has always been my #1 goto for anything electronics. I have been part of all their members programs over the years and never been disappointed.

The membership is inexpensive enough to give it a shot. The benefits are adequate to the cost. If it was more id be reqlly hard pressed to see the value considering ive never needed geek squad or a protection plan for my eleteonics. I could see older people needing both.

I needed a freezer and the one I wanted had a discount for members. I decided to try the membership and placed my order. Overall couldn’t have been better (well narrowing the delivery window would have been terrific)

This allows me to see deals before regular customers can see them. I was able to request a price match given the notifications I have access as a member

I don’t use it much because of my shortness of funds for now but I love the deals
