Got the club membership due tot he savings I got on the Pokémon collections I have been purchasing in large amounts.

Memebership helped me get extra protection and validity on product maintenance. Other additional covergaes are fair enough with the membership. Recommend to have one for costlier products atleast.

Not great. I added it with a new laptop I bought and you tacked it on to some other email, creating a huge host of problems for me and completely inability to take advantage of any of the benefits of the program. You created the problem entirely on your own and I've called a number of times trying to get it fixed but I just don't have time to keep explaining it. You added it to an email I don't have so it's not like I can do anything about it. And you have my best buy credit cards attached to it. Yay.

Save yourself the money and painful shopping experience and just buy an Amazon Prime membership. My first purchasing experience was a disaster, product was never delivered due to door dash being incompetent. Their customer service agents are overseas annd hard to understand annd don’t have the ability to ship replacement products, only refunds! It took nearly 3 weeks to get refunded the purchase price instead of just being shipped a replacement product the day the issue started, and that’s only because I had to escalate my issue to the executive’s emails of Best Buy. DO NOT BUY A PLUS MEMBERSHIP until Best Buy changes their customer service policies to be more customer friendly.
