Very convenient for people buying stuff on Best Buy

It was amazing the tech area are very helpful in showing me the old and new in the speaker for my truck, some cons and pros, they don’t want to hide anything from me. He also willing to test other speaker that I didn’t buy in case I change my mind but I didn’t.

I was hesitant about paying for a membership but I already saved an additional $400 for items that were already on sale. It isn’t difficult to figure out spending $50 to save $400. You also get other perks like expedited free shipping.

I bought this because I was encouraged to do so because the laptop would decrease. In November, it did decrease $300. I went to the app and did what I was supposed to and it said there was an issue so I had to do the chat. I talked to somebody by chat. I talk to somebody by the telephone. I talked to somebody by email a day or so later they tell me I need to go back to the store. I go to the store and they can’t do anything about it so they tell me to reach back out so I keep going back-and-forth. I have wasted hours of my time and it is still not resolved as of December 5. Everyone I talk to you says I need to call this person or I need to go to the store or I need to do it on the app I’ve done all of them numerous times and zero has occurred in $300 is a substantial difference.

Was able to find a new dishwasher and have it delivered and installed. The young man that helped me was very informative to help me get everything taken care.

I have not taken full advantage of this program, I signed up 12/2023. However, the items I purchased during the holidays were worth the subscription. I think all items sold by Bestbuy should have a members and non-member pricing.

Great customer service, returns or exchanges are so easy and loves that you can get around 60 day return policy.

I will tell your service is horrible. I waited 10 days for delivery. No drlivery person didn't have the common courtesy of calling and telling me. SO I CANCELLED MY ORDER IN N PERSON AND WILL.NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING No

The membership plus is a way to drive traffic both remotely and physical in store to show case a welcoming and warm relationships with customers with the Best Buy identity It reduces cost and assured members with lots of opportunities now and in the nearest future

The Best Buy membership is a great value. I get sent offers & discounts every week. I have access to special pricing that has already allowed me to save well over the amount I paid for the membership. I would suggest everyone take a look into this.

This updated membership is better than than to what I had last time saving money is a important factor on anything.

Got the membership for free (paid $50 to save $50). Otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it. I feel like the sale on the membership was nothing more than Best Buy just trying to show inflated sign-up numbers to shareholders. If I purchased more items at Best Buy it might come in more use, but I usually don’t. So here we are.

Haven’t used membership to its full potential yet, but discount and 2 day shipping is a very nice perk!

I love getting e-mails allowing me to review member specials. Makes my day looking through them. It is also so easy for me to make a payment. I get right in and out. My life is very busy. Thank you for making it convenient.
