If you need a repair or diagnosis done on a computer or if you are buying an appliance you must buy the Best Buy Plus membership. It is a great deal and the bigger the purchase the more money you will save. Free warranty! No brainer!

I was at the Best Buy on Eldorado Road and North Dallas Tollway, Frisco, Texas. The person helped me was Mohammed. Talked to his manager Brent. Mohammed is an excellent helper. He took time to resolve the problem I had and saved BestBuy $ 700.

The salesman encouraged me to have this product saying I will get a discount for my current purchase. To my surprise I was charged $29 for it and never got any discount.
