Not as it used to be. Been a Member for 3 months and haven't seen any members exclusive offers or sales that are worth buying. Only savings I have earned so far is Saving $50 on the membership. Probably cancel when time to renew. I have a BB Credit Card which I use to earn rewards and use that for cash off when making purchases at BB.

The membership has saved me at least a thousand bucks so far. It also made things easier to get at Best Buy. If you want a program to help you get things done with tremendous rewards this is it.

I love the fact this membership keeps track of my purchases and it also gives me a detailed breakdown of the transactions. This way i never have to stress about finding the receipt for a return, exchange or refund.

Best buy membership gives access to member deals, added discounts to non members, more longer return windows than usual return time of 15 days, provides more feasibility to try the product to your satisfaction.

More great service from Best Buy. I purchased a product that went on sale a month later and I got an immediate refund to the sale price.

I made an appointment with a specific individual 4 days prior to the appointment with Geek squad. At the appointed time, another individual showed up, which didn't know anything about addressing my problem. She was unable to help us at all. I was very displeased with the service I recieved.
