Lot's of perks with Best Buy Plus! Worth checking out

It's early days but so far it seems good. I was purchasing a two-pack WiFi mesh system in store and the cost of the membership was offset by a discount on the items I was buying so it was an obvious choice. Whether I will renew the membership at the end of its twelve month term will depend on how useful I find it.

I've been using the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a few months now, and it's definitely been worth it. The biggest benefit for me is the free 2-day shipping, which has saved me a lot of time and money on electronics and accessories. I also like the exclusive member deals — I’ve already scored a few great discounts that more than paid for the membership itself. I haven't had my membership very long. However, the people I have spoken to about my delivery, have been wonderful people. My delivery was very smooth. The men that delivered and set up my range ( Jeremy and Shawn ) were so helpful, and very polite. I received a "Manuel" but it has no Operating instructions, only how to set up and claen my range. I'm learning how to use the control panel and having to learn what each function does. I contacted Best Buy and told Ruby what i needed. She sent me the Manual but it was the same thing I have. I contacted Whirpool on line but when I entered the model # as requested it said there is no such model. So here I am, trying to learn on my own. Can't imagine why operating instructing are not included with the product. Any help would be great, please.

So far it’s great dishes are amazingly clean. Delivery and installation was great and quick

I am a long time Best Buy loyalist. If you are too, then having a membership is a fantastic opportunity for some money saved. I try ti buy most of my gear from Best Buy… I have a Best Buy credit card as well, so I get a lot of points and rewards if I stay within the Best Buy environment. The membership itself is helpful to me, as I buy appliances, tv’s, etc and the warranty, the installations, already help you save. Not only do you save from those services but every so often there are products that go on sale/discounted that are specific for members. A few small items I didn’t mind having around definitely helps, such as hdmi cables or network cables. I think the biggest savings I had were from Apple products, just 1 week after launch the items go on sale for members, and you can ask for a price match. Saved a few hundred dollars this way already. Finally the extended return window helps, sometimes you buy something it doesn’t go as planned, the generous return windows are very helpful for those situations. I highly recommend it

I got this membership because I was recommended it buy a store associate, who actually helped me returned an item after it’s expired return date. Did not know that the membership includes a month to return items instead of its 14day return policy. Which is great opportunity for us as customers to try something out before actually being locked in to the item we choose. In my case I got the meta quest 3 and was not satisfied with it , therefore I returned the item. This membership has other great perks as Item discounts on top of store discounted items , 2 day shipping (which is great) and upcoming sales and events. Very great perks and well worth it, I personally myself might upgrade my membership to their Best Buy total membership.

Our experience was mostly positive. The sales agent was knowledgeable and well-informed about the products, which made the selection process easier. However, there was a small hiccup—when asked about the Best Products Plus program, we said we weren’t members. The agent enrolled us without fully explaining that there were different levels of membership, and we ended up with a billable tier we hadn’t anticipated. That said, the installation process more than made up for it. The technician was fantastic—prompt, efficient, and very well-organized. He walked us through everything and ensured the setup went smoothly. We highly recommend including Geek Squad for any installations and old equipment removal—they truly elevate the overall experience.

So far so good . As I haven't used it much yet I really don't know how much it is going to help
