Nothing gained from This service. I bought everything on black friday, November 24, 2024. Added mounting tv and sound bar. But i am still struggling by making plenty of calls but noone want to help me. Poor service. Now christmas is coming tv is down waiting for bestbuy technician to mount my tv, now it's 3 weeks, soon gonna be a month if noone come

Purchased another Sony TV to replace one that we had for some 13 years.

When my house flooded and I had to replace several items, I came to Best Buy and they signed me up for the membership and I got top-of-the-line service with the best deals and I’ve had credit that I have been able to use to repurchase items!
